Important Info About Home Visits
To make booking easier for everyone, all appointments are now made online. If you have trouble with the online system or don’t have internet access, feel free to reach out to us by email or phone and we’ll help you out.We’re available for home vet visits on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Fridays between 07:30 - 18:00. When booking, you will be asked to give your chosen day and best availability; we’ll then confirm your vet’s estimated arrival time 24 hours ahead of your chosen day.

Need a Priority Booking?
If you need a more specific appointment time, we’ve got you covered! Perfect for those with busy schedules, you can easily book your priority visit online, choosing a two hour time-slot.

We are currently experiencing issues with the Lupa booking system on both the app and web browser. While the issue is being fixed, please used the below form to contact us for an appointment and we will be in touch as soon as possible.

I understand that once my booking request has been received, I will be contacted with details to pay a £20 deposit. I understand that without paying the £20 deposit, my booking is not final. I understand that my deposit is non-refundable.
