For routine appointments (72+ hours in advance) and if you live in our core areas (Ealing, (W5*, W13, W7, TW8), Hampton, Hounslow, Twickenham, Isleworth, Richmond, Teddington and Brentford), we kindly ask that you register your pet(s) and book online using Lupa. This is the quickest and easiest way to arrange your pet's care. Simply click the button below to access Lupa Online, or book via the Lupa Pets App.

For urgent appointments (within the next 24–48 hours), as well as filling in the online booking form in the link below please also contact us via WhatsApp or text message on 07545 326 792.

the following information in your message:
Your full name
Your full address
Your pet’s name, species and age
A brief description of the problem or reason for the appointment
Please be aware that voicemail messages can occasionally be delayed, so WhatsApp or text message are the quickest and most reliable ways to contact us.

Our Home Visits
We offer home visits from Monday to Friday between 07:00 and 17:00. When booking you will be asked your preferred days and general time window — we’ll always endeavour to match your availability, please give us as much availability as possible so we are better able to accommodate you.
