For routine appointments (72+ hours in advance) and if you live in our core areas (Ealing, (W5*, W13, W7, TW8), Hampton, Hounslow, Twickenham, Isleworth, Richmond, Teddington and Brentford), we kindly ask that you register your pet(s) and book online using Lupa. This is the quickest and easiest way to arrange your pet's care. Simply click the button below to access Lupa Online, or book via the Lupa Pets App.

For urgent appointments (within the next 24-48 hours), please call or WhatsApp 07545 326 792 (leave a voicemail if no answer) and complete the booking request form with your details.

Our Home Visits
We offer home visits from Monday to Friday between 07:00 and 17:00. When booking you will be asked your preferred days and general time window — we’ll always endeavour to match your availability, please give us as much availability as possible so we are better able to accommodate you.
