Do you understand that your appointment time is subject to change on your chosen day, as per our booking policy? Please note that we aim to contact you within 24 hours of your booking request, and will prioritise your allocated time over other appointments. Tick to agree.

Our services do not include removal and cremation. If you intend to have your pet cremated, please book this with one of our recommended crematoriums (full information about the cremation services we use are on our website).
