Appointments, Time Slots & Pricing

We offer home visits from Monday to Friday between 07:00 and 17:00. When booking you will be asked your preferred days and general time window — we’ll always endeavour to match your availability, please give us as much availability as possible so we are better able to accommodate you. We are also happy to see a trusted person if you are unavailable. We would kindly request that the primary pet carer is available on the phone ideally during the consultation so we can answer any questions.

Your vet’s estimated arrival time will be confirmed approximately 24 hours in advance.

We will always prioritise Euthanasias and urgent appointments.

AM vs PM appointment requests

If you’re short on time or would prefer not to have a longer waiting window on the day, we generally recommend requesting a morning appointment where possible. AM slots tend to run more closely to schedule, with less risk of delays building due to traffic, emergencies, or overrunning consultations earlier in the day. If your pet’s appointment is non-urgent, it may be worth considering rescheduling to an AM slot on another day that suits you better.

How Our Time Slots Work

As a home-visit service, we work a little differently from a traditional clinic. Our routes are carefully planned based on client location, allowing us to maximise fuel and time efficiency and keep our pricing competitive and fair.

Because of this, we work within planned time slots rather than fixed appointment times. Schedules are usually finalised 24–48 hours before your visit, once routes are optimised.

What Our Time Slots Look Like

Appointments are booked within a 3 hour time window.
For example, you may be given a time slot on your chosen day between 9:00am and 12:00pm, along with an estimated arrival time allocated on our system. Please note this is an ETA rather than a fixed appointment time

We will always:

-
Avoid times you’ve told us you’re unavailable

-
Do our best to meet your preferences

-
Offer an alternative day if we can’t accommodate your needs

-
In some circumstances, we may be able to offer priority bookings for an additional fee*

*Priority Appointments

Priority appointments are available and allow you to choose a specific 2 hour time window of your choice, rather than await allocation of a 3 hour standard time interval from our system.

If you would like to request a priority booking, please let us know in good time so we can plan our route around your requirements.
