Travel T&Cs: non-EU Countries

As of January 8 2025 we are no longer accepting booking requests for any vaccination for pets that are likely to/and/or require travel to non EU destinations within the next two years. This is because the cost and disruption to the practice of provision of documentation required for animal export to these destinations exceeds the price that we charge for a vaccination.

Any client that books a vaccination with us and later intends to travel to a non EU destination will be required to pay for administration of documents for proof of vaccination and health and will need to abide by our terms and conditions as set out clearly below. Clients that cannot abide by our terms and conditions risk failure of animal export.

All clients who engage with us over email or phone regarding travel after they have received vaccinations from us must specify the documents they require clearly and pay for these documents in advance. We do not engage with clients who fail to specify clearly what documents they require unless they have booked in and paid for a consultation with us.

Fees are allocated based on the date from which the client has clearly requested and paid for the documentation that they require.

We take no responsibility for anticipating a clients future requirements in vaccination appointments since our fees are based on a health check, vet visit and vaccination only. It is the clients responsibility to request items from the vet in their appointment time with the vet. Our fees do not cover ongoing administrative engagement and consultation from our staff with the client after the appointment has taken place. It is the client's responsibility to plan or anticipate their travel ahead of time and request clearly from the vet in the booking notes what they need at the time of their appointment for their destination of choice. We reserve the right to immediately disengage with any client attempting to evade administrative fees by criticising the vet or transferring blame to us in this regard. Those clients will need to seek repeat vaccinations and paperwork elsewhere. As stated in our terms and conditions, blackmail or social media slander in this regard will be managed accordingly.

The clinic can only provide evidence for vaccines it has administered. Please refrain from asking the clinic to provide documentation on behalf of other service providers.

The clinic cannot respond to individual email queries or offer advice regarding travel. You should refer to your chosen agent only and seek documentation and vaccines from us only.

Pet owners who are likely to or intend on traveling or boarding their pet should not book in vaccinations with our clinic prior to consulting with their chosen travel agency, DEFRA, the embassy of their chosen country or Official Veterinarian.
