Travel T&Cs: EU Countries

We are happy to provide vaccinations for all pets travelling to the EU.

However, as of January 8 2025 all clients who receive vaccinations from us must agree to our travel terms and conditions.

We have established a smooth process for providing vaccinations for rabies for clients travelling to the EU, via our established network of AHC providers. We only provide the rabies vaccination for those clients who choose to use one of our known AHC providers (or ourselves from June 2025). If a client wishes to use another AHC provider, they must inform us before booking.

The rabies vaccinations we use last for 3 years.  The clinic cannot currently complete documents required by an Official Veterinarian (OV), such as Animal Health Certificates (AHC). Once the rabies vaccination has been administered by our clinic we can transfer the clinical history (proof of vaccination) promptly to the client. Should the client wish to use an unknown AHC provider and request further evidence of vaccination or email correspondence beyond this, we charge an administrative fee of £25

Please note rabies vaccinations must be given two weeks apart from routine vaccinations.

All clients who engage with us over email or phone regarding travel must specify the documents they require clearly. We do not engage with clients who fail to specify clearly what documents they require unless they have booked in a consultation with us.

Fees are allocated based on the date from which the client has clearly requested and paid for what they require.

We take no responsibility for anticipating a clients requirements in vaccination appointments since our fees are based on a health check, vet visit and vaccination only. It is the client's responsibility to plan their travel ahead of time and request clearly from the vet in the booking notes what they need at the time of their appointment for their destination of choice. Any client attempting to evade administrative fees by criticising us in this regard will be immediately disengaged and will need to seek repeat vaccinations and paperwork elsewhere.
