What happens with my £20 deposit? The £20 deposit will be deducted from your total bill. This deposit is non-refundable
When do I pay? Payment is due at the time of treatment. Late payments will incur an admin fee to cover the cost of chasing the payment.
How do I pay? You can pay using either a debit/credit card or via bank transfer. If paying by bank transfer, this must be sent within 12 hours of receipt of your invoice.
How do I know what account to pay? Our bank details will be provided on your invoice.
Do you need a reference for bank transfers? Yes, please use the invoice number as payment reference
What should I do if I have a payment query? If you believe you've been overcharged or undercharged, please review both your invoice and bank statement thoroughly. Any payment queries should be submitted through the contact form on our website.
