What should I tell the emergency providers? Please mention you are a client of The Ealing Vet, for continuity of care.
What if I have an emergency with my pet during your opening hours? In case of a life-threatening emergency, we recommend reaching out to Veteris. Due to the nature of our mobile services, we may be unable to assist if we’re already attending to another patient, and we lack some specialised equipment needed for certain emergencies. Your pet will often be better cared for in a clinic setting. For urgent, non-life-threatening concerns during our business hours, please book an urgent home vet visit online or give us a call. If we're unable to answer, please leave a voicemail, and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
