Thank you for choosing our home veterinary service. We offer calm, convenient home visit appointments between 7am and 5pm, Monday to Friday. By completing this form, you are sharing your preferred availability, and we will arrange a suitable appointment based on both your schedule and the vet’s route. A time window for arrival will be provided at least 24 hours in advance. On the day of your appointment, you are very welcome to contact us via WhatsApp on 07545 326792 for an updated estimated

I understand that once my booking request has been received, I will be contacted with payment details for the consultation or vaccination fee in advance. My appointment will be confirmed once payment has been received.

We kindly ask that your previous vet emails your pet’s clinical history to hello@theealingvet.co.uk ahead of your appointment where possible.

Please briefly describe why your pet needs to be seen (for example: mild limp, feeling under the weather, routine health check, vaccinations, ongoing condition review, arthritis injection).

Are you concerned about your pet at the moment? If so, we offer a £25 triage telephone consultation, which is fully deductible from your consultation fee.

Is your pet nervous or anxious? If so, we recommend a pre-visit telephone consultation so we can plan your visit as gently and comfortably as possible.

Please share your availability (or that of a trusted person), along with any dates or times you are unavailable. If you are short on time, we recommend requesting a morning appointment, as these tend to run closer to schedule with fewer delays.

Do you require any flea or worming treatment, or ongoing medication? If so, please provide details including the medication name, quantity required, and your pet’s current weight.

To ensure a smooth visit, we kindly ask that parking is available as close to your property as possible. Do you live on a road with limited access at certain times (for example, school streets). If so, please provide details

Does your road have parking restrictions? If yes, please include the days and times these apply. If your appointment falls within these hours, we ask that you arrange a visitor permit where possible.

Do you live in a building with more than two floors? If so, we may ask you to meet the vet outside at the time of arrival.
